I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

I'm a big fan of AutoNation (formerly RepairSmith). I have a large van that is challenging to get service done on. Having them come to me and do the service in my driveway is a gamechanger! The technicians are thorough, fast and very nice. I never feel like I'm being upsold on additional products and appreciate their professionalism. The 4-Star rating (minus 1 star) is for the scheduling department and their inconsistent scheduling. I've been using this service for years and on multiple occasions I've either had to completely reschedule due to a no-show ("technician wasn't attached to my appointment"), or the tech has shown up in the very last minutes of a 5 hr time window. This inconsistency is a real problem and makes me question if I should try a competitor. Alas their technicians are so great I will likely stay the course.

She was knowledgeable, courteous and made the challenge of getting my car serviced, easy and painless. Thank you...! Also, I explained to her that my Lease was coming to its end this month, and I was considering a CX-50. She asked if I had driven one yet...I said "No"...and she immediately offered a CX-50 Loaner Vehicle allowing me to get acquainted with the car. I thoroughly love it...and my next car from Browning Mazda (# 4) will definitely be the CX-50...! So thank you again...for your thoughtfulness and exceptional Customer Service...!

What do you do when your car breaks down just as your favorite, trusty, long-time, go-to, amazingly-awesome service advisor heads out the door on a well-deserved vacation? Well, when you are lucky enough to have been assisted by Danny Talamantes at Galpin Mazda, you definitely choose to wait - going without transportation and even changing your holiday weekend plans as I did - because you know that there simply is no substitute for his exceptional service. Painstakingly thorough and attentive, Danny has ever been the very definition of incomparable care. He set high standards for my service expectations long ago and has never failed to meet them in the more than thirteen years since. In fact, he somehow manages to exceed them. Upon his return, my service experience was even better than expected - not only completely stress-free, but altogether pleasant. As always, Danny was absolutely worth the wait!

Ease of making an appointment online, Josh was prompt and quickly checked me in and checked out at the end, oil change and tire rotation work was completed within specified time, provided video of work done and recommendation for tire alignment. A complimentary car wash was included. I waited in the lounge area where coffee, tea, water are available as well as comfortable seats and area to plug in and work on laptops. Very pleasant atmosphere for waiting and working. When paying for the service, information was provided of a service charge if using credit card, none if using cash, check or debit. Very good to be informed in advance to be able to make a choice. Thank you.

Typically, I do my services with Elle, and she is amazing!! (Hi Elle!). However, she wasn't in today, and I was assisted by Josh instead. He is fantastic!! I had the pleasure of witnessing him effortlessly multi-task and go above and beyond for the customer he was assisting before I walked up to his counter and managed to do so without letting me feel disregarded or ignored. He seamlessly went from helping the customer to talking to her insurance agent then to the insurance inspector and then to me without missing a beat. His calm demeanor and professionalism are truly par none. I came in for a service but he also assisted me with an issue with one of my tires. As it turned out, there was a nail in it and he wasn't going to let me leave until it was addressed, which I very much appreciated. Again, he (just like everyone I've had the pleasure of working with at the Tustin Mazda service department) is stellar! I also need to give Charlie a shout out! He kept me (and Josh) quite entertained. I was honestly having a bad morning until Josh and Charlie cheered me up with their kindness. So much so that I (almost) didn't mind the (close to) $300 bill! 10 out of 10 experience!
