Where do I start? How about the respect, friendliness, and honesty! Going through a tough time in life and was ready to turn in my trusted Camry (mom car) for something a little more suited for an empty nester er, mid life crisis lol, either way Liam was not only incredibly professional but he knew just about everything about the jeeps I was interested in, amazing! I wasn't sure I'd even qualify, especially after falling in the love with the showroom floor model of a Jeep Beach. I was in a bit of a hurry anyway and didn't want to get my hopes up so I left for home expecting a call saying something like we're sorry but it won't work. NOPE, not 10 minutes after leaving the dealership Asad, the finance manager called to tell me it's mine! All mine! A few tears have fallen but the shock hasn't worn off just yet and I'm sure there will be more. I cannot thank the staff here enough for making feel worthy and deserving. From the sales floor, Liam to the finance department, Asad and the beautifully kind lady that helped me finish the paperwork. Hands down good people and I'm so thankful.

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. Thursday, April 11 I took my Mercedes Sprinter to this dealer. My sliding side door was stuck and Mercedes recommended that I try them. I met Matt Smith, Sales Consultant. When I asked him where the service department was and told him about my horrible day he began to walk me over to the Service area. He asked if he could look at the issue and see if he could give it a try to fix it. And....he did look at it and fix it!!!!!!! Yes. He was my savior for the day. I have dealt with John and Norman in service for my 2022 Chrysler 300 Limited and everything has been done right. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice.
