Let me start by saying that I was once a huge Hyundai - WRANDY407
Let me start by saying that I was once a huge Hyundai fan. Over the years, my family has owned around 15 Hyundais. Unfortunately, based on our experiences with Hyundai as a company and what I feel has been a decline in quality over the past several years, I can’t see us purchasing another Hyundai in the future. The resale and trade-in values have also suffered, largely because of ongoing quality concerns and what many Hyundai owners perceive as a lack of genuine customer care at the corporate level.
That said, we still currently own five Hyundais, and this is absolutely the place to have your Hyundai or Kia serviced. I’ve used several other dealerships throughout the Bay Area, and this team is by far the best of the best.
From the moment you walk through the door, they make you feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Jordan and the entire team are friendly, professional, and truly take the time to listen to your concerns and needs. They perform a complete inspection of your vehicle and provide a detailed report when you pick it up. It never feels like a high-pressure sales environment where they’re trying to push unnecessary services or parts. Instead, they focus on helping you understand how your vehicle is performing and what can be done to keep it running at its best.
They also go above and beyond in ways that really matter. If the service will take a while, they offer a shuttle ride home or to your workplace, and they’ll even arrange pickup when your vehicle is ready. On top of that, your car comes back washed and vacuumed — a nice touch that’s always appreciated.
As long as we continue to own these Hyundai's, this is where we’ll be bringing them for service.
