As an authorized Hyundai service provider, we are required to follow Hyundai’s warranty guidelines when performing repairs to ensure that the work completed is eligible for reimbursement. Hyundai has specific requirements regarding covered components, as well as applicable time and mileage limitations. According to our records, your vehicle was not purchased from Dalton Hyundai. Additionally, when you brought your vehicle in for service, the information provided to us by Hyundai indicated that you were not the original owner.
