This was the worst visit with Dalton and although my second vehicle purchase, my credit was at 813, 3 years later , I have had 3 deaths in my family and 4 in my son-in-laws. Things happen but the treatement I received was horrific. I ended up purchasing my car because it was on a lease - the windshield has a crack in it. and Marc did not offer to fix it; the car needed tires, so I purchsed them and had them add it to the bill. Marc showed me paperwork that the interest would be at 14%, which was ridiculously high, but now that I see the statement, it is at 20.9%. As mentioned previously, this was a "great deal" for Hyundai, but a terrible one for me, with Zero Loyalty, Zero discount and additional $200 monthly increase on my monthly bill. As I said, I wll be escalating this ridiculous purchase, not only on social media, but to the television stations to see what abuse really comes from your division More
