Dear Mr. Larios, We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with our explanation regarding your vehicle’s repair needs and the warranty coverage provided by Hyundai. We understand your concerns and would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding this matter. As an authorized Hyundai service provider, we are required to follow Hyundai’s warranty guidelines when performing repairs to ensure that the work completed is eligible for reimbursement. Hyundai has specific requirements regarding covered components, as well as applicable time and mileage limitations. According to our records, your vehicle was not purchased from Dalton Hyundai. Additionally, when you brought your vehicle in for service, the information provided to us by Hyundai indicated that you were not the original owner. If this information is incorrect, please let us know so that we can contact Hyundai to review and verify the ownership information. Correcting this information may provide an opportunity to request reconsideration of warranty coverage and potentially reduce your out-of-pocket repair expenses. As we discussed during your visit, based on the information currently on file, your vehicle does not meet Hyundai’s warranty eligibility requirements, and Hyundai has declined coverage for the recommended repairs. However, we remain committed to helping you get your vehicle back to proper operating condition. We have provided you with a detailed diagnosis of the necessary repairs, along with a clear breakdown of the associated costs. We would be happy to perform these repairs should you wish to proceed. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us directly. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you privately, address any remaining concerns, and explore any options that may be available. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns. Sincerely, Dalton Hyundai Service Team
