This dealer is okay, but not one of the best that I have worked with. When buying a new car, you end up working with many different people that try to negotiate and sell you extras. I started with the internet manager, who set an appointment for me after we talked back and forth several times. When I got there, she doesn't work directly with customers and a regular salesman had to help having no background in everything we had already discussed. We made a deal, and then the finance guy tried to sell me extras for a third of the cost of the whole vehicle. They did say they would provide me items like the CPO documentation but the one and only person who could print that wasn't there. They said they would follow up and send it to me but that never happened. Also floor mats were promised as part of the deal and that never happened. Overall there were too many handa in the pot to make you the deal seamless and easy. More

Representatives were not familiar with the tech features of new car I bought. Not 1 representative told me that my car trim wasn’t equipped with Apple car play wireless and that my trim wasn’t a wired one u of new car I bought. Not 1 representative told me that my car trim wasn’t equipped with Apple car play wireless and that my trim wasn’t a wired one until they figured it out after the fact that I purchased car and was driving off. Also, the last part of the dash board is useless on the Elantra Limited, it was basically a manufactures poor design, it it supposed to be for the turbo mode in other trims and useless in the Limited trim. When I asked about this feature, representative said they would look it up in the manual and never gave me a response. I figured it out myself after I purchased car. I wish representatives were more knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling! More
