I recently had to trade in my vehicle and needed a no hassle, zero nonsense new car buying experience…Dante was the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with in my life. He listened to what I needed, was patient with my questions, shared the highlights of the car while I test drove it and made me feel welcomed. He built rapport and trust quickly as he worked hard with his crew (about an hour past closing time) so I could drive away happy and excited with my new Hybrid Tucson. I’m a professional female that has bought 5 new cars thus far in my life, and this team was the first to show respect and care while working with me so we could make a deal without high pressure tactics or ridiculous waste of time stalling antics. A huge thank you to Jay, Dante and the entire caring crew in the finance and service departments! We were able to make a deal that honored their online advertised specials and completed the entire car buying process in about 2 hours…it was pretty amazing! They hope people won't notice and they only focus on your desired monthly payment amount. Very unethical way to selling and not disclosing fees. Zero transparency. Do not come here.

Do NOT buy a car from this dealership.. In my 25 years of buying and selling cars, I've never had an experience like this one. They will "try" to sell you a car only the string you along for hours. We were repeatedly told that we'd be the next customer in line for the finance dept (approximately 20 minutes). We waited approximately five hours. We were then told the finance department was short staffed and their system was down. We accepted the dealership's offer to deliver the vehicle and paperwork to our home. We were given a delivery timeframe, but the paperwork never arrived and the vehicle never even left the dealership despite text confirmations that the car was on it's way. About 30 minutes prior to the promised delivery time, we find out the car never left the lot. After dealing with lies after lies, we were left with no choice but to cancel the sale and get out of their circus. Disorganized and unprofessional would be an upgrade for this dealership.

I came in for some service when my leased vehicle was having engine trouble while on a road trip passing thru town. I was helped by Dominic, who is an absolute super star. Dominic was able to diagnose the issue and get it resolved in no time. He also identified a minor recall on my vehicle and got it fixed while I was there. Dominic single-handledly saved my roadtrip and earned this dealership a top-notch rating. Oh, and my car got washed. If you come in for service, go find Dominic.
