Honestly, couldn't get better. Another dealership wouldn't transfer my vehicle to them so I could purchase through them, but they have been great on all service and warranty items (shout out Elsa for dealing with my cruddy schedule). Referred my dad to them and they saved him thousands relative to other Hyundai dealerships which we charging 'low inventory fees'. Honestly couldn't think of a way they could do it better. Two thumbs up from me!

This was probably the least stressful car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Rosy Gomez responded quickly to our initial request and was patient when we told her we still wanted to check out another car at a different dealership. In the end, we made our way back to Carson and to Rosy to buy our car there, and the whole transaction was incredibly matter of fact and simple. Yanet in Finance finished it out and was also super professional and efficient. I hope we drive this car a long time, but when we're in the market again we'll definitely stop at Hyundai Carson.

At the time of sale, we were no able to install my Starlink and I am still not able to make calls from the car voice activation. The salesman thought it was my phone, but as I tried to explain my security requirements create limitations to some of the features on the car, so I will go without them for now. When I have time and am in the are, I will stop in for assistance. There were several follow-ups reaching out to check on satisfaction, etc. I was however, disappointed at that despite my specific directives regarding confidentiality around my personal address and information that still it was bypassed and compromised. Also, the finance person, Omar, seemed a bit confused and skipped over my insistence and efforts to ensure my confidentiality requirement. While I reside outside of the area, I would definitely recommend the dealership to others and have. I will be purchasing there again. That said, as for the many email follow-ups and marketing emails, they are annoying and I have tried to unsubscribe from them.

I was very impressed with the service of this dealership. After being a Ford customer for the past 45 years and seeing the decline of the service department at Ford I purchased a Hyundai. From making the appointment, I was able to get my car in the next day. It was a quick check in, The service was completed o. Just over a hour , where Ford service was about two and half hours to three hours.
