frustrating experience with this dealership. I was interested in a CPO vehicle and went through their formal process with Omar in sales and his manager Mac: they sent me an official offer PDF, which I reviewed and accepted. I promptly completed their credit application and they pulled my credit.
Shortly after they pulled my credit, OMAR TOLD ME THE CAR WAS JUST SOLD. Why provide the offer letter and pull my credit?! It is completely unacceptable to run a customer's credit on a vehicle that is not actually available for sale. THIS DEALER IS A CLASSIC BAIT-N-SWITCH OPERATION.
If you are looking for a transparent, professional, and honest car-buying experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. My time was wasted, and my credit score took a hit for a deal that didn't exist.
