They fixed the steering wheel and have it looking brand new. There was a slit in it from what looked like a box cutter (I’m assuming when taking off the tape and packaging vehicles are shipped with), which new. The car also had a fragrance issue that wouldn't go away, we figured out what it was and took it back to the dealer 5 days after buying. Isaiah got it right into the service dept. The service dept cleaned the air cowal vent that had melted fragrance beads and replaced the mirror that came in. Word to the wise always check the air filters, esp. the cabin one after buying a car.
