Even after bringing my car to show issue I had with oil level light, service guy told me it was all good, I asked again to check the car during my regular oil change service and mechanic/ service guy he sa level light, service guy told me it was all good, I asked again to check the car during my regular oil change service and mechanic/ service guy he said it was all good. On same day after I picked up my car from service, I took it back to show oil level low light is on right after servicing please check. Still they didn't find anything and told me no issues with car you are good. And now my car is broken down and Hyundai mechanic is not able to figure out what is going on. I hope dealership have better mechanic who have some basic understanding of how engine works for their own cars. Horrible experience and I ended up with broken car because of your mechanics who don't know how to fix cars. More
Didn’t talk about Final price of the vehicle came out to, never talked about warranty on the vehicle just assume to put it on there and lo jack and z guard. Never once mentioned it being put on the vehicle pricing. I would still like it removed on my pricing. Still waiting to find out how that warranty cancellation check and where that is going to. In the future if I would be coming back the sale man that I had needs to be trained better and not have me going to five different places until the sale is complete, he was to worry about making Commission and when I asked about why the z guard and the lo jack was put on my pricing for some reason he didn’t have time for me anymore? Witch I thought me being a customer I was priority but I guess after making a sale at Zeigler you are not important anymore. More
