Poor service, Poor Communication. Should not take 3 months to fix a seat. I set up an appointment wait 3 weeks for the appointment then drop my car off to just get it looked at. Wait a week, not understanding the point of the appointment since I had to wait so long for the diagnostic. Then when I call to get a status update it took 2 days, I almost called the police and showed up with them. Then when I finally get a response I get told its 2 weeks to get parts and then another week to get my car on the repair schedule. So fine lets just get the seat fixed. 3 weeks later, I call then get told they need another week because they are short staffed, which fine but at least tell ,me that. So I finally drop off my car, then they have my car for 2 weeks with no update, I call and was told that the parts were still on back order and should be in by Monday. So I was confused why I had to wait. By now I call the service manager left multiple messages with no call back. Which is shaddy to say the least. So another week goes by and I call yet again then the dealer tells me they broke something else in the seat and they had to order that part but I should not worry they would not charge me for the cost of those parts. 2 weeks after that I call back telling them I need an update, I get the will ready tomorrow, this happens 2x. Finally get the car is ready, was on the verge of showing up with the police just to get my car back. The service person was so happy to show me, only to find the car wasn't fixed. I will be taking the car to another dealer I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. From the way I was treated. I left a lot out, from how I was spoken to, how hard it was to get ahold of people. Best part they called and asked if I wanted to trade in my car 2x, and told me I needed $2800 in "mandatory" service, but couldn't fix the xxxx warranty seat issue. Just a shame, my wife bought a car from there and I was planning on buying my next car from there More
