Even though the salesperson had a documented list of items that were supposed to be included with the vehicle, I was repeatedly asked to remind him of what was on that list. I also had to follow up multiple times regarding the delivery timeline because I had business commitments that depended on the van, but I never received clear or consistent answers.
The van was originally promised within one week, but the delivery was delayed by an additional week, which created significant inconvenience. When the vehicle finally arrived, some of the agreed upon items were still missing despite having been discussed and documented.
Because of these issues, the van had to be returned to the dealership for completion. In addition, the vehicle arrived with problems that should have been addressed during a proper pre delivery inspection. The tire pressure warning was active and the tire actually needed air, and the van was delivered dirty.
Overall, while the sales portion of the experience was excellent, the delivery process lacked organization, communication, and quality control. There is clear room for improvement in follow through, accountability, and preparation before handing a vehicle over to a customer.
