My daughter found the vehicle online & we went and looked. I liked the car & brought my wife back & we decided to buy it. We didn’t feel any high pressure to purchase which was a plus. Unfortunately, the wait for the finance guy was almost unbearable. That & the fact there were no snacks or drinks offered. The time of day may have had something to with this however, other dealerships usually have some amenities available. Also, the sales representative & finance guy didn’t seem to be on the same page regarding details about the extended warranty. Fortunately, I knew a little about this before we signed up for it. More
