Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I had an excellent experience with my recent vehicle service, thanks to my agent Luis. I was having battery issues, and he had me come in immediately to address the problem. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Luis took the time to explain several vehicle features I wasn’t aware of, especially helpful emergency functions, which I truly appreciated. He also secured a loaner vehicle for me while my car was being checked and repaired, making the situation incredibly convenient.
