At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). He passed me and my wife several times standing in the entry of the dealership. A poorly written email was received two days later from the General Manager. At the end of the email, he asked if there was anything he could help with. I asked three questions that he has, to this day, never responded to. More
