Our shop has all the top factory required tools and equipment accompanied by thirty-two factory trained technicians, eight Lexus certified trained advisors and over eighty service bays which makes it easy for our customers.
At Lexus of North Miami our assistant service advisors/service operators provide a welcoming answering service which you can reach Monday through Friday 7:30am-6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Sundays from 11:00am-4:00pm (appointments recommended). I had a GREAT experience with Anna, Roman and Lexus of North Miami. It was completely opposite experience from Lexus of Pembroke Pines which are so unprofessional, rude and ZERO client/service oriented. North Miami. Lexus of North Miami is the most professional dealership environment I've ever experienced. Their used cars had no markup, and their pricing was very easy to understand.
