I finally bought the 2025 Lexus IS 350 F Sport Design after selling my 2009 Corolla S. My wife and I met Carlos Cuervo on a Sunday afternoon. We came in to see an IS 350 with 18K miles and a specific set after selling my 2009 Corolla S. My wife and I met Carlos Cuervo on a Sunday afternoon. We came in to see an IS 350 with 18K miles and a specific set of features, but that car had already sold. Carlos found us something better: a 2025 instead of a 2023, with only 8K miles. We test drove it and fell in love. The offer was too good to pass up. Carlos's expertise and product knowledge were unmatched. We also worked with Anthony, the finance manager, and that was just as good an experience. His recommendations made the whole process easy. We'd been waiting a long time for this car and we couldn't be happier. I love Japanese automakers, and this one is top-notch. The V6 is a beast and the interior is beautiful. It’s very unusual to give a positive review to a dealership, just simply because of a well-known assumption that they are just out for a buck. Unfortunately, I had to lower my score due to a manufac dealership, just simply because of a well-known assumption that they are just out for a buck. Unfortunately, I had to lower my score due to a manufacturer error. I can only assume this really has no bearing on Lexus of North Miami but my 2024RZ 300 E premium is missing the memory seat system. I have looked it up over the past 24 hours and everywhere it states that it is standard yet my particular car does not have it. With that being said, and realizing that is a big feature that if I had the opportunity to get another car that would have it, I would have done so, but I don’t even believe they were aware of it. However, with all that being said. Carlos was absolutely amazing. I live in Ocoee Florida near Orlando and had the entire experience through text and email and it was superbly done. I recommend Lexus of North Miami to anyone, but LONM, make sure you cover that all of the features are on the car before selling. More
