The rear bumper, top side, has a crease going the length of about 2 to 3 feet. Inspection in the hatch where the spare tire resides, you can see bondo going the full length. The salesperson Sarosh stated he "wasn't a mechanic" when I pointed it out to him. Sarosh brought it to his manager's attention, who then told me "it doesn't mean it was in an accident". The same can be said for the inflated interest rates he tried to push, roughly 4% higher than any other financial institution was offering. 2nd ever service appointment for a routine oil change ended with the service technician backing our XC90 into another car in the shop, damaging the back hatch and bumper. It was "repaired" and delivered to us, only to find that dents and scratches still existed. Weeks later and we still don't have the issue resolved and hatch/bumper repainted. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. More
