My care was in the shop 8 weeks waiting for a replacement. I think I should have been called weekly to be kept abreast of the status.It was not my job to keep calling Volvo. I should have been briefed about the impact the new battery would have. I was not. I had to go to AI to get the information. During this time new software was downloaded and I was not educated about it. It really is not a good program and I don’t know if I’ll ever buy another Volvo because of it. Larry cares a lot but he is very busy. He is a good professional.
