I appreciated from the beginning that my interest in making a quick deal was taken seriously and that I wasn’t given the typical back and forth dealership hustle of being told “you’re getting an amazing deal”. At the time of purchase, I had two young kids at home, including a 1 month old, and without me asking Travis delivered the car to our home more than an hour away and picked up our trade-in on the spot. Came in to have our old (2008) Volvo Wagon checked out - Larry was nice enough to make room in the schedule - and ended up leaving with a new EX30. I had a Tesla on order and cancelled it! He needs/wants an EV, and Volvo's EVs drive like cars not golf carts! And I am happy with a Volvo for safety, and service. More

Even though I initially wasn’t not that responsive to Travis, once I communicated what I was looking for, he sent multiple options to choose from. He was very personable and easy to work with.
