I did buy my car here, and while I’m happy with the vehicle itself, the sales experience was disappointing. I asked for protection items (trunk cover, wheel locks, rubber mats, and bumper cover) to be vehicle itself, the sales experience was disappointing. I asked for protection items (trunk cover, wheel locks, rubber mats, and bumper cover) to be included. I was told the tires had wheel locks (they don’t), the salesperson didn’t know what a bumper cover was (it’s listed on their own website), and the mats that were initially agreed to were later removed from the deal. When I presented a competitor’s offer $1,010 lower, I was told it was “only a $10 difference.” The dealership could improve on honesty and transparency during negotiations. More
