The truck sat at Koons Ford of Baltimore for nine days and was not touched waiting for service. Then took seven days at Koons of Annapolis to be completed and the work did not fix the issues. I’ve gotten good service from the sales and leasing department right up to my interaction with Joe when my lease was up and I purchased my Ford F150. They are very reliable; what they fix stays fixed, and they do not exceed their estimates when it is time to settle up.
