Terrible service department. Every time we get the car back the issue still remains. Scratched the rear hatch of my navigator so badly they had to repaint the entire rear hatch. I never received my service, which was just an oil change. Waited 2 hours (after scheduling at 10:00 am appointment), got up to get an update only to find out that they had not even pulled my car back change. Waited 2 hours (after scheduling at 10:00 am appointment), got up to get an update only to find out that they had not even pulled my car back to start. So I left. I get being behind, but had they communicated that up front, or even as soon as they found out, I could have made other arrangements so that my time wasn’t wasted.
