I had a 9:00 am appointment. The man I checked in with (Mike) wrote my cell phone number down. He read it back as the same number I said. Not Yet, at 3 hours, same thing. around 2:00, I saw a lady who asked if everything was ok? I explained I'd been there waiting for close to 5 hours. She was mortified upon realizing it was only for an oil change. She checked on it. Comes back and said, it's been ready for over an hour. Mike tried to call you but you never answered. I showed her my phone. No calls, no messages, and I had been there the WHOLE TIME! Mike said "I called you. He showed me the number which was different than what I told him and different from what he quoted back. If other service techs can come find the customers who've checked in under them, why couldn't he do the same. He acted like I screwed up. May be, I did; by being a customer for Koons FORD Annapolis?? This is the third time I have been mistreated as a customer... I am in the market for a truck. I will be looking at another Ford Dealership for it. More

My situation buying from Koons Ford was nothing short of unique. I lived over 4 hours away and was trading a vehicle in. It wasn’t possible for me to drive down to look at the vehicle before agreeing to buy unique. I lived over 4 hours away and was trading a vehicle in. Chuck was professional, answering all my questions thoroughly. He followed through on promises of adding mudflats I desired, prior to picking up my new truck. He made sure I understood how the dashboard options functioned, helped me set up the FordPass app, and showed me how to connect my phone with ease. He educated me on the variety of options from standard 2W drive through the 4H and 4L to include slippery conditions, towing, uneven rock and gravel, and the many settings possible. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I would fully recommend him to any potential shopper. Andres Zavales and Terri Norris were my finance personnel as I completed paperwork on 2 separate days. They fully answered my questions, provided me hard copies of what I asked for and digital copies of all documents. There was no pressure to purchase an extended warranty, though available. I did opt for the maintenance plan as the value was easily recognized. ALL recommended maintenance for a 7 year period, fully covered including service at any Ford dealer. My old 2003 F150 is still going strong, though damaged beyond repair to the undercarriage from heavy salt in the northern tier for years. So I sought to purchase another F150 to last me another 20 years! Koons served me well, and Chuck was awesome!! More
