Earl went out of his way to fit me in while I was there to get pictures to Ford to assess whether or not my steering wheel was covered by warranty. I really appreciated him going the extra mile. I understand that dealer valet service originated with Ford, but the Koons people made it easy and pleasant to use. While I was pleased with the work performed. I was not satisfied that my warranty was not accepted. I have since reached out to the warranty company and was informed that my warranty should have I was not satisfied that my warranty was not accepted. I have since reached out to the warranty company and was informed that my warranty should have been recognized by Koons Ford. I purchased the warranty when I purchased my new Lincoln Aviator in 2020.
