I have had my F-150 here numerous times for the same or similar problems. They are very difficult to get in touch with, don’t provide very through explanations of the problems and are very unclear about wh similar problems. After one service appointment, they left the carrier bolts out of my rear brake caliper and it popped off driving down the highway in traffic at 50+ mph. I had to swerve and pump brakes to get the car to stop and they weren’t very helpful in getting a tow truck out or doing much to make it right. If I had another service option that was reasonable in terms of distance or timely scheduling I wouldn’t think twice about going there. One of the most absurd issues is when they tell you they “don’t work on that” such as a sunroof. Why are you selling vehicles that you aren’t capable of fully servicing?! More

Attempted to reach service advisor Drew 5 times throughout the day. Never returned calls. Other service advisors passed 2 messages for callback. Nothing. I had to drive 40 minutes to go talk to him throughout the day. Never returned calls. Other service advisors passed 2 messages for callback. Nothing. I had to drive 40 minutes to go talk to him in-person. Claimed "oh, I must have called back the wrong number". Sure buddy. Dealership had my vehicle for 2 days. Did nothing at all with it during those 2 days. The absolute worst service experience. Went to another dealer where my issue was resolved within one day and the advisor actually called me. More
I dropped my car off to be serviced and was told multiple times the car would be ready that evening. The shop closed and they never called to say the car was not going to ready. The next day I was informed that my car had not been worked on at all that day because supposedly the tech was out. Then I was told the parts needed for the recall were not available yet. My car was in the shop for 2 days with no work done to it. I am now waiting for the part to supposedly come in but it’s been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear back. I called the general manager to discuss the whole situation and left a voicemail but he never had the decency to return the call. More
