Dealership did not have parts to fix recall, despite recall number being in the appointment purpose. This delayed return of our car by an extra night. Also, we ordered a new key fob to replace one t recall number being in the appointment purpose. This delayed return of our car by an extra night. Also, we ordered a new key fob to replace one that drains batteries and gave dealership both of our fobs to do the programming. Dealership lost the physical key from inside one of our fobs (but later found it) and deprogrammed our functional fob, returning to us the new fob plus the one that drains batteries (and a non functional third).
