Because of my professional travels all my life I have owned about 25 new and/or used cars and dealt with many dealerships. Koons Ford in Annapolis is by far the BEST one I have worked with. When I test drove the used car with 50K miles the salesman pointed out an issue with the rear bumper and said they would fix it before I bought it. One week after I bought it I had major issues with several electrical items, fuel gauge stopped working, back up camera stopped working, trunk would not open and convertible would not operate. They asked me to take it to the nearest dealer for the make (BMW) as I lived 90 minutes away. the dealer diagnosed the issue and worked with John Powell and he took care of the issue and covered the cost to repair. This has never happened in my 40 years of driving (being treated fairly by a car dealer). Even the BMW tech was surprised how easy they were to work with and commented that is usually not the case. If you need a new or used car go to Koons Ford first. The next time I need a new or used car I will go to Koons Ford in Annapolis First.
