I had also detailed the vehicle before going in for the tires and they took excellant care of my car, the way I do. It was as clean coming out of the dealership as it had been going in. And when I picked it up Carl B. stopped at Kim's desk to say hello and ask how my family was doing. What a class act, love them! More

We took our 2024 Ford Escape in for its 15,000 mile check up. Kim Wolfram did her usual excellent job of checking us in and explaining the work to be done. I had a couple questions today and she answered them and treated me like a customer, not like I was bothering her. She reminded me that my 30,0 mile inspection was due, too me the cost and it would be a 4 hr wait. I appreciated that very much. I told her I would try to get someone to pick me up or pick a day when I could wait and reschedule. In this day and age, unfortunately, it is difficult finding a person that likes their job and treats customers with respect. Maintenance is necessary but not always enjoyable, but Mona makes it a lot easier to deal with it. More
Time for service on my 18 f250 came all the way from Florida to have Klaben service my vehicle! Mike Brandvold is my advisor been so for over 20 years trust him with all the family vehicles. Truck need a few things done extended warranty covered some but then the bad news new front brakes that was an ouch. Mike was able to put lifetime pads on and was a special so he was fantastic. Eric Chapman is who I like to work on my truck known him as long as Mike. With saying that if Mike says someone who is more schooled in something all the techs I trust. Sean Bradford manager is great guy to work with also. Went over to sales to say high Christine Klaben and momma got a new car, but that’s another story. More
