I have recalls they don't tell me about. I have spent over 10 thousand on repairs on a 2017 ford expedition. I told them that I start coming to them instead of Vanderve Chevrolet because I having to keep repairing my vehicle. I went and got a 17 page printout list of all the repairs and asked them to contact ford to let them know what I have been dealing with. They lied and told me I have to do it myself. I asked them to get part numbers so that I can send it to ford told me to get it from vanderve. I'm not a mechanic I don't know what parts is being fixed to get part number. I need help every year my blow motor and blow motor control and whatever other parts are related to blow motor goes out so I don't have no heat from the front of my vehicle. Can someone contact that will help me figure this stuff out. I have waited a year for parts. I need HELP figuring this out it much more but I will be typing forever.
