They were fixing my car under a warranty that I had purchased. However, they fixed a covered part and did not even inquire with the warranty company about it. When I got there, Scott was long gone, and when I asked why I was paying for a part that should have been covered by the warranty, my options were to either pay it or wait until the next day and talk to Scott. We asked for a manager, and some guy came out of an office. He got irate with my boyfriend. He said that the warranty company wouldn't cover the timing chain that needed to be replaced because it was stretched, and that I would have to pay for it. I had spoken with the warranty company on the way to the dealership, and they had no notes or anything about a timing chain. The man told me to call the warranty company right there, so I did, and he got really irate. He told me and my boyfriend to just leave. My boyfriend said to give us our keys and we would. The man opened their key box, throwing a bunch of customer's keys all over the floor, hitting my boyfriend's legs with some, and got my keys out of the box. He shoved the key into my boyfriend's face, so we got my car and left. I will never go back. I'll find another ford dealership. This is not the way to treat a customer who was simply questioning why the warranty company was not contacted about a covered part. More
