I ordered a new GMC 3500 one year ago. I brought it in the first two times for service, oil change and basic maintenance. No complaints on the oil change itself or the tire rotation. My problem is, there are 9 grease points on the front end of this truck. Not one grease point has been touched in two visits for service. It states on the invoice, "Lubricated the Body Components". So, what does that mean?? I made an appointment for the service, made my appointment time. I waited slightly over two hours for my truck to be finished. That seems a little long for an oil change. I selected "yes" on recommending service, because there wasn't a choice for "maybe", and I had to make a selection. I am a person who his loyal to a dealership when it comes to buying and having service work done. James Wood sold me a nice truck that I am happy with, but I am not sold on the service department yet. More

My truck was there for 2 weeks due to a hard start issue. You changed my oil, telling me that needed to be done for diagnostic purposes (though it had just been changed 200miles prior). You checked my battery & was told it was perfectly fine & to bring it back in 2K miles for a oil sample test. Today at 99,620 miles sitting on a 2‐lane bridge, my truck just died. Dead battery. I had to be towed to O'Reilly Auto Parts ($150 tow) to purchase a $300 battery. Interesting that when my truck was in your service center 2 weeks ago under warranty, I was told my battery was fine. More

I selected "yes" on reccomending the service center, but it is really a maybe. Although I trust the dealership and have bought multiple vehicles from them, I have been less than impressed with the service I it is really a maybe. My truck received some bad fuel and it took two weeks to get the results and to get it fixed. Upon picking up my truck, it was not washed and they gave me less than a 1/4 tank of fuel. I had paid extra to have it towed to them, because I trusted them and I expected a little better care and response. Upon picking up my truck after the repair, on the way home there was a petroleum/oil leak that completely covered the underside of the truck. I had it towed back to them the next day and we are going on 12 days with no resolove. The communication has been lacking and I seem to have be the one to innitiate the call to get updates. Frustrating experience. More

They had my car for a month and when I got it back it was dirty. I would think that after having the car for that long it would be returned cleaned.
