I saw a pre owned truck advertised on the internet and I was interested. I requested additional information and Christopher got back with me in minutes and answered all my questions. I told him I was over was interested. I requested additional information and Christopher got back with me in minutes and answered all my questions. I told him I was over two and a half hours away and he said he would wait for me even though it was late. True to his word he was waiting for me when I drove up. I drove the truck and Christopher made the entire purchase process smooth and easy. I have NEVER had a more pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. If you are looking for a pre owned vehicle, James Woods is the place to go and Christopher is the man to work with. More

Outstanding car buying experience. I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while and have been actively shopping. Other dealers closer to my home and gave me the run-a I have been in the market for a new vehicle for a while and have been actively shopping. Other dealers closer to my home and gave me the run-around, played games with the price of the vehicle and flat out lied on the phone to get me into the dealership. James Wood Decatur doesn’t play games. I did my homework on my purchase and this dealership had the best price for the vehicle I purchased IN THE COUNTRY. After deciding to purchase, I secured my own financing and James Wood was able to outbid my loan that will save me THOUSANDS over the life of my loan. Amazing experience and I strongly recommend this dealership to others. More
