It’s the best Dealership experience I have ever had every time!! The sales staff is top notch! Karen Patterson is an amazing sales woman and knew her stuff!! Mike Wheat is my normal sales guy and he is off t time!! The sales staff is top notch! Karen Patterson is an amazing sales woman and knew her stuff!! Mike Wheat is my normal sales guy and he is off the charts crazy fun!!! The Service Department is sharp too!! Love the new renovation, very classy!! The Service staff (Bryan Stanley is my go to guy there), but they all are knowledgeable!! Everyone should purchase their next ride from them!! New and used have incredible selections. It was so hard to choose the best deal. I love James Wood Chev Buick GMC!!! More

My dealer representative, Clay Estes was very good and kept in contact with me. He went out of his way and extra duty because I bought a cab and chassis and it took a while to get the utility body on, whi kept in contact with me. He went out of his way and extra duty because I bought a cab and chassis and it took a while to get the utility body on, which is normal. This is not a normal truck or utility body. Clay took good care of me. I am from Missouri and that added to the amount of work Clay and the dealership had to do, but they took excellent care of me. More
