Steve Frazier at James Woods was friendly and wonderful. Great salesman. Steve found us a nice truck we liked, but he found something wrong with it. He said they couldn't sell it to us. I scheduled a routine oil change and airbag recall well in advance. When I arrived, the service rep was not there so I was moved to another rep. All reps seemed incredibly busy. I told it would be about 2h in advance. When I arrived, the service rep was not there so I was moved to another rep. All reps seemed incredibly busy. I told it would be about 2hrs. I ended up being there for about 4 or more hrs. I didnt get any updates as to ETA. I had to go over myself and ask what was going on. Still took over an hour after checking on my car. When I saw my car at the exit I asked if it was ready. The service rep that checked me in wasn't there. So I was just handed the paperwork and asked to pay. That was it. No explanation of what they did, or how the vehicle looks, or if anything needs urgent attention. Wasn't until I got home that i saw on the paperwork that brakes needed attention. No other details though. I ended up just having a local mechanic replace my brakes... More
