I was very disappointed how long it took to do an oil change and tire rotation. If we realized it was going to take over an hour we would have walked the sales lot for our next new car. We will be replac change and tire rotation. If we realized it was going to take over an hour we would have walked the sales lot for our next new car. We will be replacing our 2020 Kia with a new Toyota. Secondly, we were never told our truck was ready. I had to go check with service. Thirdly, the truck was moved to the parking lot, Very close to other vehicles. At other dealerships, we would pick up the vehicle in the drop-off/ pick-up bay. To say the least, I wasn't impressed.
