I dropped my truck off for some recalls to be done. I was setup with a rental. The guy in charge of the rentals brought me out to my rental car. Which was a dirty black Camry. The inside was dirty I was setup with a rental. The guy in charge of the rentals brought me out to my rental car. Which was a dirty black Camry. The inside was dirty and he said it had a “construction” smell..which was horrible. I was shocked Handys would offer a rental in that bad of shape. I asked if there was a different rental and he said ya..I guess..like I was annoying him by asking. I did get into a new rental which was nice. His name was Cerrol I think. If I’m dropping off a $65,000 tundra I at least want to get a clean..newer rental. Probably should retire that black Camry. Makes me not want to deal with him. Not a pleasant person to deal with. Other than that my experience was good. More

I called Handy Toyota to get a quote for a TRD lift kit installed on my new 2026 Tacoma. Heritage Toyota originally quoted me over $5,600 for this work, which is absolute insanity. Handy Toyota gave me a q installed on my new 2026 Tacoma. Heritage Toyota originally quoted me over $5,600 for this work, which is absolute insanity. Handy Toyota gave me a quote for $3,015 (parts & labor) for the same kit! Needless to say, I went with Handy Toyota. They got the parts in within 2 days and scheduled me in the following day for the install. Their Master Toyota Tech did the install and it was done perfectly. My truck looks and drives amazing. Handy Toyota’s price was extremely reasonable — a whopping $2,500 less than Heritage! I’ll never again use Heritage Toyota for anything, since it’s obvious they’re ripping off customers. Handy Toyota gets my business from now on. They also provided a free rental vehicle while my truck was being serviced, which was super helpful! More
