I had my Venza in service for an oil change and 2 recalls. As usual, when I arrived I was greeted promptly and respectfully. The service was performed in a timely manner for the quoted cost. I was told I could pick up car outside of dealership for after-hours pickup, but when I arrived the doors were locked and my car had been left inside instead. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, includin after-hours pickup, but when I arrived the doors were locked and my car had been left inside instead. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, including additional travel time to the dealership and again the day after to pick up the car, lost time overall, and additional disruption from not having access to my car, which is a necessity in my daily life.
