I was very pleased with the speed in which my 10000 mile service was done and for some reason there was no charge. Unfortunately, when I got home I noticed some stains on my cloth seats. Jake is very knowledgeable, with a communication style that is direct and straightforward. At no point did I worry that I was missing information or that there was a gotcha at the end of the transaction. The entire process felt transparent from start to finish. Once Jacob was sure that we had the car for me, he introduced me to Finance Manager Dennis Gebhardt who handled the inter-state registration, taxes, and all the other complicated paperwork efficiently. My family has now bought three cars from Jacob, and we'll keep coming back.
