At no point did I worry that I was missing information or that there was a gotcha at the end of the transaction. The entire process felt transparent from start to finish. Once Jacob was sure that we had the car for me, he introduced me to Finance Manager Dennis Gebhardt who handled the inter-state registration, taxes, and all the other complicated paperwork efficiently.
