I brought my truck into Handy to have the 3 inch lift kit installed. Even though I purchased the vehicle at another Toyita dealership I was treated like Family at Handy. The parts and service department are installed. Even though I purchased the vehicle at another Toyita dealership I was treated like Family at Handy. The parts and service department are both amazing! They go above and beyond for their customers. They love what they do at Handy and it shows. They went over every detail of the install with me in exceptional detail. Great group of professionals that care about people. I will do all my future business with them. Highly recommend them! More

I don't know if Tonya Ness was the person from the service dept I dealt with but whomever it was she was great! I was impressed my wait time was a little over half an hour; usually it's a couple of h service dept I dealt with but whomever it was she was great!
