I would not recommend the xx Albans, VT Handy Toyota dealership. Bought a new 2025 Tundra from them. It was a two-tone black color. We even asked the salesperson about the subdued roof area. No one ever told us it was an aftermarket vehicle wrap. We did not know. Not even a mention of it or an invoice or care instructions were given to me at the vehicle closing. Why would a brand-new vehicle have an aftermarket wrap and not be disclosed to the buyer? Nine months later the wrap is peeling off. I was shocked when the service people asked me, "Where did you have your vehicle wrapped"? I was very surprised to find the subdued color was an aftermarket wrap. They offered to remove the wrap under warranty. While they were taking the vehicle to the aftermarket shop, I was by pure chance behind them watching my new car being driven at 90 MPH passing cars on the interstate. I actually have this on video. They apologized for that. With the vinyl wrap removed I could now see several small dents on the roof! I feel deceived about the wrap and why they would cover up the damage. Dishonest? Deceitful? One manager actually told us "you should have known" about the wrap! They did offer to send it to a dent specialist but acknowledged they most likely would not get the dents out seeing how they are on roof edge seams. They will not do what is right and deal with me fairly now. Covering up with a cover up. Of course, none of this can be proven but it sure smells bad to any reasonable person. Why are they wrapping brand new vehicles and not telling the buyer. Supposedly vinyl wraps only last three to five years. I would not have purchased a brand-new vehicle with aftermarket additions. Buyer be warned. I will not give them my business or recommend anyone do so. More

Very accommodating and easy to deal with, no high pressure pushy sales pitches, Toyotas sell themselves. Josh and Dennis where very good and able to answer all of our questions. My issue was that the car was not as clean as I was expecting it to be with "grime" and dog hair in a lot of place and that upon clos our questions. My issue was that the car was not as clean as I was expecting it to be with "grime" and dog hair in a lot of place and that upon close inspection when getting home I realized that the back passenger area had been painted and it was never disclosed to me and was not on the carfax report. I emailed Josh about it and he told me then. Also after 3 days of driving it a noise appeared and I had to bring it back to the service department. Josh was great with that when I called and got me in that day but I would think a Gold certified used car would be "checked out" better than this one seems to have been. More
