It was the dealership policy that caused me to have a bad experience. Brett was a nice guy and I think his hands were tied and he gave me limited information about my car. My car was in the shop for over two experience. Brett was a nice guy and I think his hands were tied and he gave me limited information about my car. My car was in the shop for over two weeks and I was told that it wasn't your fault or responsibility for my transportation. When the parts didn't arrived as planned, then I should've been notified and picked up my truck until the parts came in. I will never buy another Kia , because of the service department. More

when I came into my 8am appt, I got Naz. So he states add your info. So I simply asked why it is not in the system. Being that I've had service a few times. So as I am adding my info, I hear So he states add your info. So I simply asked why it is not in the system. Being that I've had service a few times. So as I am adding my info, I hear him say clearly, ' I don't have time for this. It's too early.' So I said to him, ' well what don't you have time for, your job?'. He says, ' oh no, I was talking in my head.' I said, ' but it came out to the customer.' He then states, ' no I wasn't talking to you.' But as I stated to him, ' how does that come out in the middle of a conversation IF you weren't referring to the situation.' But overall, he did his job and provided service. More
