Getting service was slow. 10k oil change. You found nail in tire but no low tire pressure was indicated on dash..$35 plug! We found car finished outside. We asked him to check 10k oil change. We called to check on our 2nd key- & we were told it was in and they scheduled an appointment- got to appointment and the service rep told me the key wasn’t there- but there was another recal. I explained in and they scheduled an appointment- got to appointment and the service rep told me the key wasn’t there- but there was another recal. I explained that we were told the key was ordered - and that was what the appointment was for. She said she would check - I waited 45 minutes & asked her again - she said she had not gotten a response. I watched her get coffee etc and asked an employee behind the parts counter how to check on it- he told me the stations that the managers were at. I went to station 5- and waited to talk with him. While waiting I could hear the service rep- calling to check on my key. This was definitely not a good experience! The manager was also a bit snippy- when I tried to explain that I would be glad to come back he said could you let me talk. I bought my car from a very nice dealership in Athens- & I did that because of customer service- I hope this was not a typical experience. I didn’t have this type of service when I brought my last Hylander- everything was great and when I brought this gran hylander for its first check. More
