Arrived around 9:30 am for my first complimentary service on my new 4Runner which only took 45 minutes. I have dealt with Cobb County Toyota for over 25 years and have been very pleased with the service department. But my latest visit was disappointing. An oil change was double from the last one 5000 miles and have been very pleased with the service department. But my latest visit was disappointing. An oil change was double from the last one 5000 miles ago, mostly labor cost. Oh well !!! Two other real issues, a request for an electronic change was not even looked at. And the worse was greasy foot prints all over my floor mats, instead of using the paper covers. Quality has definitely gone down in the past year. More
