I was worried when I saw that I couldn't make an appointment for an oil change and had to do a walk-in. I was not encouraged when I saw the amount of people waiting. The customer service was lacking, McKenzie the service representative is not a good rep for dealing with customers. This is the only dealership I have ever used for my 2016 Landcruiser. I relayed to Ms. Williams that I had received a coupon and a phone call with an offer for an oil change. I was unable to find the email but did pull up the voicemail dated September 15, she immediately said the offer was expired, I thought it was still applicable-I was at the dealership on October 16 and didn’t need an oil change in September. In my past visits the service representative was able to secure and honor coupons. Ms. Williams was unfriendly,unsmiling and brusque. She did wind up honoring my offer but seemed as if she was doing me a favor. I have always had positive interactions in the past at Cobb County Toyota but was very disappointed this time and hope this is a one time experience. The service was completed in a timely manner More

Received multiple notifications to schedule routine maintenance but once there said I only needed tires rotated.
