Bad Experience My wife and I have previously purchased 4 cars from Cobb County Toyota with great experiences. I received a great internet price quote today and took My wife and I have previously purchased 4 cars from Cobb County Toyota with great experiences. I received a great internet price quote today and took my car in to trade. It turns out the employee made an honest mistake and keyed in the price wrong in the offer I was emailed. I understood and politely accepted that with not one iota of frustration or anger. What I do not graciously accept is the attitude of the Sales Manager, Logan, on his delivery of this news. Logan, some advice: 1) an apology should have been your primary objective in our interaction and you did not offer any form of apology 2) when delivering this type of information, refrain from condescension, don't attempt to make the customer feel stupid for believing a price quote emailed by one of your employees 3) follow through on a potential sale, you made no attempt to negotiate a deal even though you could not honor the emailed price 4) don't rudely hurry through an interaction with a polite and cordial customer as though it's the biggest waste of your time all week Unfortunately my interaction with the sales manager really soured me on this dealer and I'll hesitate to buy here again. To the employee that made the honest mistake - I fully understand, don't beat yourself up and accept your apology! More

I started out looking at one vehicle and then changed my mind to look at another. When I tell you that I looked at 20 vehicles and he patient through the whole process! He thoroughly explained the features in all of them. I purchased the 2019 RAV4 and he set up my phone and explained ALL of the features of the vehicle. Nordeen was awesome! I have bought many Avalons from Cobb County Toyota and my husband has always driven a Chevy truck. My husband was looking for a new truck and we went to our dealer we always use for Chevrolet, after looking at the trucks and dealing with trade in etc. we decided to look at a Tacoma for the first time. Nordeen took a great deal of time with my husband teaching him about the Tacoma and all the features the truck had. Needless to say the truck was a winner as well as Nordeen.
