Wonderful service department and support staff. My only complaint and this is not limited to Boucher is that after service my headlight switch is not returned to automatic. Then I also have to reset options in the catalog of settings because they have been changed. Perhaps that’s a factory reset?? It’s annoying and time consuming. If I buy another Hyundai I may buy it at Boucher even though I live 1500 miles away. I have family in your area and visit several times a year. More

Car sustained $7K in damages while in for a $70 oil change. Dealership repaired and provided an equivalent loaner and comp’t the oil change but there was no communication from management, much less an change. I was left to coordinate with the dealership’s insurance adjuster and when I received the repaired car, dashboard warning lights were on indicating that replaced sensors were not function properly causing me to have to return the car again. Dealer made no consideration for reduced residual value (CarFacts impact). I understand that things happen. It’s how things are handled afterward is what reveals that character of the organization. This was a lost opportunity for this dealership to impress using factors it could control after a negative event. I am/was in the market for an Ionic 6 this summer but am likely moving in another direction due to this experience. More
