I was at the dealership waiting for my X3 inspection and emissions and saw a certified preowned X4 in the showroom. I asked Scott about it. He took the time to show me the car, I test drove it and he quickl emissions and saw a certified preowned X4 in the showroom. I asked Scott about it. He took the time to show me the car, I test drove it and he quickly worked up numbers on a trade-in. I traded In my X3 and bought the x4 the next day. He sold me the x3 and I referred my sister to him. She bought an x4. I love working with Scott and I won’t use another salesperson or dealership. He’s efficient, friendly, accommodating, professional and he’s fair. I appreciate that he’s willing to be flexible and generous to get a deal done! More
